Data we process
We store your name, email address, optional phone number, country, language preference and the withdrawal records you create. Payout details are retained so that a transaction can be audited end to end.
Who can see your data
Access is enforced in the database itself. Customers can only read their own profile, accounts, withdrawals, notifications and support tickets. Support agents can read records to assist you, and only administrators can change a withdrawal status or credit an account. Every administrative action is written to an immutable audit log.
Retention and deletion
Withdrawal records and audit entries are retained for the life of the account because they form the transaction history. To request deletion of your profile, open a support ticket from inside the portal.
